I restored this Terrazzo hallway floor in Chesterfield as part of a restoration of Chesterfield College buildings. Half of the floor had been covered with glue-down tiles. The contractor had remove the tiles, but there was still a thick layer of adhesive on the floor.
I diamond ground the Terrazzo to remove the porous surface and glue residue. I progressively honed the floors to a low-sheen finish.
Finally, I applied an impregnating sealer.
