This lovely Victorian Minton style Victorian Clay Tile floor in Windsor had a dull finish from years of old surface sealer and encapsulated soil.
I used a sealer stripping solution to soften the old layers of sealer. Then I used a scrubbing machine to release the softened sealers and rinsed them off the floor.
I repeated the process a number of times to remove all the old sealer residues.
I left the floor overnight and then returned to apply several layers of film-forming sealer to give a hard-wearing finish.
If you are in Windsor or the surrounding area and you need help with your stone floor, please drop me a line, I’ll be happy to help.
